Cookie Policy
Clear information on how RougeClasses uses browser cookies, local storage, session tokens and telemetry across our digital learning ecosystem.
Transparency in how we store data on your browser.
This Cookie Policy explains how RougeClasses (“we”, “us” or “our”), operated by Rougecodes, uses cookies, pixel tags, local storage, session storage, and software development kits (SDKs) when you access our websites and web platforms (collectively, the “Services”).
This Cookie Policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy. It governs browser-based technologies and provides transparency regarding our tracking practices across web browsers, student portals, and coaching dashboards.

4. Cookie Banner and Preference Centre
Where mandated by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 or global privacy frameworks, visitors must have meaningful choices before non-essential cookies or trackers are initialized:
- Equally Prominent Choices: Users are offered the option to Accept All or Reject Optional cookies with comparable visual prominence.
- Granular Category Control: Optional categories (Functional, Analytics, Marketing) may be customized individually at any time.
- Technical Enforcement: Non-essential scripts remain completely disabled until affirmative consent is registered.
- Frictionless Withdrawal: Users may change or revoke cookie consent at any time using the Preference Centre widget above or the “Cookie Policy” link in our website footer.
6. Duration and Browser Controls
Most web browsers allow you to modify cookie settings, block third-party cookies, or clear browsing data. Please review the instructions for your respective browser:
Settings > Privacy and security > Third-party cookies > Block or clear cookies.
Settings > Privacy & Security > Enhanced Tracking Protection > Custom.
Preferences / Settings > Privacy > Prevent Cross-Site Tracking > Block All Cookies.
Settings > Cookies and site permissions > Manage and delete cookies.
Impact of blocking all cookies: If you disable strictly necessary cookies in your browser, you may be unable to log in, access your coaching dashboard, or complete timed academic tests.
7. Mobile Applications (Android & iOS)
Our native mobile applications for Android (Google Play) and iOS (Apple App Store) do not use traditional browser cookies. Instead, they rely on operating system keychain storage, local secure storage, and vetted software development kits (SDKs):
Our disclosures accurately detail permissions required for live classes, test caching, and push notifications.
We declare data linked and not linked to users; no cross-app behavioral advertising SDKs are embedded.
8. Updates and Contact Information
We may periodically update this Cookie Policy to reflect changes in our technologies, service providers, or statutory legal standards. The updated policy will reflect a revised “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
